About Reiki Energy healing Sessions
Private Reiki sessions are available for those seeking energetic alignment, stress relief, emotional clarity and even physical relief from chronic pain. Depending on your situation, each session is guided to restore balance on physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
Sometimes one session is enough to step into your power to achieve your goals. Sometimes we need few. Everyone is different and has a unique blueprint and history.
1 hour Reiki session starts when you lay down and ready to receive the Reiki Healing energy.
At the begining we will get to know each other, adress specific issues if any and let the session begin.
Reiki is a holistic energy healing modality and natural. It's very powerful and yet very gentle, you will have a deep rest and even fall asleep, sometimes having visions, or may release a lot of emotions. Know that it's a safe space and Liliane Shinren is holding space for you.
Reiki clear emotional blockages, promote inner peace, empowering your full potential and release unhealthy attachements. The healing will continue even after the session. Allow few days to process before starting another one.
Please count 1-2 hours maximum for the whole session.

About Yin Yoga Sessions
Slow, gentle practice in deep stillness. Liliane will guide you to your Yin Practice according to your needs. Her experience, trainings and knowledge of Functional Anatomy of Yin will provide the instant results for your body and posture. You'll expect mindful breathing, long hold Yin poses, fascial strech and rejuvenated body gained after your practice.
If you have particular issues that you'd like to work on to improve please inform beforehand.
About Reiki Trainings
Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki all levels are taught on for in person or online trainings. This is a certified program taught by a Reiki Master.

Usui/Holy Fire ® Reiki I , Reiki I & II , Reiki III
You can start with Level 1 for self-healing and dive into exploring the Reiki journey.
If you wish to heal others and take this training as a professional path then taking Level 1&2 together will be a great choice. You will learn symbols, techniques and tools to give a complete session in person and at a distance.
If you already have Level 2 and not sure about starting your Master level 3 you can take as a refresher course Level 1&2.
Master level can be taught only after 6 months of practice after having your Reiki 2 Level.
you’ll learn to teach Reiki and give Placements and Ignition-like experiences (same as attunements) and practice master and holy fire symbol.
