Reiki Energy healing Sessions
In person and distant Reiki sessions are to restore balance on physical, mental and spiritual levels. A deep healing therapy for energetic alignment, clearing negative patterns and blocks, a natural stress relief, helping with emotional clarity, auric field cleanse, empowering your full potential and release unhealthy attachments, works for physical relief from chronic pain and tensions as well.
Reiki is a holistic natural energy healing modality. It's very powerful, feels very soothing, gentle and invites to a deep rest.
You’ll experience chakra healing and empowerment, gaining vitality and strengthening immunity, auric field work and cleanse of energetic cysts, blocks and pain, removing unhealthy spirit attachments, stored trauma and conditioned programming.
With Reiki you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you, step into an aligned path and be connected to the source of high frequency energy.
The session is an hour of deep rest, when you’re ready to lay down comfortably and receive the channeled healing energy. We will have a discussion before and go through the issues that you’d like to work on.
You’ll experience calm, deep rest, emotional release or falling asleep.
Oftentimes few sessions are enough to step into a deep inner work and gain long-lasting benefits. It works for physical post recovery combined with your medical treatments, also a good grounding for emotional stability.

Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki all levels are taught online or in person in Egypt. This is a certified program taught by a 6th generation Reiki Master of Usui/Lee Rand lineage.

You can start with Level 1 for self-healing and dive into exploring the Reiki healing energy, it’s history and development and step into this journey. The training is one day, price $170.
If you wish to heal others and take this training as a professional path then taking Level 1&2 together will be a great choice. You will learn symbols, techniques and tools to give a complete session in person and at a distance. 2 day training, usually on weekends, price $400
If you already have Level 2 and not sure about starting your Master level 3 you can take as a refresher course Level 1&2.
Master level can be taught only after 6 months of practice after receiving your Reiki 2 Level.
For Master Level 3 you’ll learn to teach Reiki and give Placements and Ignition-like experiences (same as attunements) and practice Master and Holy Fire symbol. 3 days , price $1100

Yin Yoga Sessions
Slow, gentle practice in deep stillness. Liliane will guide you to your Yin Practice according to your needs. Her experience, trainings and knowledge of Functional Anatomy of Yin will provide the instant results for your body and posture. You'll expect mindful breathing, long hold Yin poses, fascial strech and rejuvenated body gained after your practice.
If you have particular issues that you'd like to work on to improve please inform beforehand.
Liliane has been trained with pioneers and founders of Yin Yoga and is sharing her knowledge through online and in person workshops. Available for private sessions as well.
