AIDA1 Freediving Course in Sharm el Sheikh
The very first step into Freediving
AIDA stands for "Association Internationale pour le Developpement de l'Apnee" and exists since 1992. Didactic is clean and simple, the levels are well organised.
AIDA1 Freediving course is the perfect introduction to what freediving is. During one full day, you will get through a bit of theory about freediving and human physiology, but also through specific breathing and relaxation exercises. Once ready and properly equipped, we'll go through some easy dives together.
AIDA 1 star freediving course does not features exam nor specific achievements, it's just for the fun of discovering the world of freediving.
