Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving headquarters and Kosho Loïc Vuillemin are based in Egypt, Sharm el Sheikh...
On a daily basis, i live and work in Sharm el Sheikh, South Sinai Governorate of Egypt, along the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea. You can find me there most of the time and i look forward to welcome you here for freediving and meditation courses, training and lessons. I feel like saying i may not live here for ever... so don't wait an eternity before to visit.
Out of these moments i make myself available for students and trainees, i like to travel and share my knowledge and adventures. I organise events around the world and look for cool collaborations with cool people. Maybe you have an idea in mind and would like to plan something together?
