IMPORTANT STEPS TO REGISTER FOR FREEDIVING COURSES, TRAINING SESSIONS OR LESSONS (coached sessions) WITH DEEP ZEN - KOSHO LOIC VUILLEMIN

STEP 0 - CHECK YOURSELF

Freediving can be a dangerous sport and it is important to be in good health, have strong vitality and will. Registration to courses and sessions implies to answer a medical questionnaire and to sign documents of liability and chart of risk acceptation (step 3 - paperworks). You are also asked to be experienced in open water swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving in order to register.
