Check availability
The first thing to do if you're planning to come to Sharm el Sheikh for freediving lessons with Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving is to check my availability on the dates that suit you.
You can consult the calendar below to see if there are any available slots. I can offer a maximum of three sessions per day, and I prefer not to increase the ratio of three students per session, although in rare cases, four students might train simultaneously on one or two buoys.
Once you've seen that there are slots available on the dates you're interested in, contact me to confirm availability and register for the courses, lessons, or training sessions you'd like.
