Booking your Freediving spot at Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving

If you're planning to come to Sharm el Sheikh for freediving lessons with Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving, please check our availability on the dates that suit you.

The calendar here down shows presence of trainees and students. I can offer a maximum of three sessions per day (1: 8h30-10h30 2: 11h00-13h00 3: 13h30-15h30), and I prefer not to increase the ratio of three students per session, although in rare cases, four students might train simultaneously on one or two buoys. So there is space for everyone... yet, sometimes, the calendar is written "FULL", then that means there's no spots available anymore.
Usually the first session of the day is dedicated to deep training.
