Booking your Freediving spot at Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving
The first thing to do if you're planning to come to Sharm el Sheikh for freediving lessons with Deep Zen Meditation & Freediving is to check our availability on the dates that suit you.
You can consult the calendar here above to see if there are any available slots. I can offer a maximum of three sessions per day (1: 8h30-10h30 2: 11h00-13h00 3: 13h30-15h30), and I prefer not to increase the ratio of three students per session, although in rare cases, four students might train simultaneously on one or two buoys. Usually the first session of the day is dedicated to deep training.
Once you've seen that there are slots available on the dates you're interested in, contact me to confirm availability and register for the courses, lessons, or training sessions you'd like.
